Here, we’ve included some handy suggestions for set-ups that might work for you. Of course, these are just starting points… Where you go next is up to you.

Small/Medium rooms – 7.1.2
(11 Channels, 2 subs)

Use a single subwoofer, or two for better extension and power.

Medium rooms – 7.1.4
(15 Channels, 4 subs)

Four subwoofers along front wall for max. LFE, or halfway along each wall.

Medium/large rooms – 9.1.6
(19+ Channels, 4 subs +)

Four subwoofers along front wall for max. LFE, or halfway along each wall.

More seating = add side speakers.

Sound wall

By creating a ‘sound wall’, you can combine speakers for more concentrated power. The Cinergy Sub15 is designed to be half the height of the Cinergy 300, making it stackable for use in a hidden sound wall. All models also come with brackets and isolation accessories for installers. Both Cinergy 300 and Cinergy Sub15 have inserts in the bottom of the cabinets for the isolation feet.

Monitor Audio's Cinergy cinema system can be combined to create a hidden ‘sound wall’ for more concentrated power.
